01 / The opportunity

Make a first impression
that moves forward.

MASCON brings a broad Muslim community audience together in Chicago. A coordinated presence gives Dyar Alharam room to introduce its portfolio, listen to buyers, and build a trackable path from booth conversation to a sales appointment.

From visibility to buyer action

The opportunity is to turn an exhibition reservation into a complete market-entry program: clear project storytelling at the aisle, a comfortable place for real discussions, and a respectful follow-up for every attendee who asks to hear more.

Introduce Dyar Alharam’s approved Mecca development with care, answer the first questions, and make the next conversation easy to schedule.

The convention’s 2026 theme is “Faith Answering the Call: From Action to Impact.” The booth concept connects that theme with Dyar Alharam’s development story through welcoming design and useful buyer support.

02 / Booth concept

Two joined booth banks.
One open walkway.

The three booths on the left form one joined project display, and the three on the right form one joined welcome and lounge zone. The lower-left and lower-right corner spaces meet the exhibition cross-aisle; the central walkway remains clear.

Project discovery.
Comfortable conversations.

This architectural visualization shows the proposed six-space buildout as two separate joined banks of three. The left bank centers on an illuminated Masar Makkah model; the right places a staffed welcome stand at the cross-aisle corner and creates two comfortable buyer lounges. Keep the center and cross-aisle fully open.

05 / Scope of work

A single plan across
three moments.

Akakus coordinates the exhibit workstream, buyer outreach and follow-up. Dyar Alharam supplies approved project facts, pricing, inventory and sales decision-makers.

Before · Plan & invite

Build the reason to visit.

  • Coordinate with MAS event creators on booth assignment, sponsorship inclusions, deadlines, forms, access, services and approved placements.
  • Manage exhibit brief, layout refinement, 3D concept, vendor quotes, graphics, fabrication, freight, install and AV plan.
  • Prepare an approved digital and print package: project overview, location map, floor plans, renders, render slides, QR page and buyer FAQs.
  • Build the invite list with Dyar Alharam; prepare English outreach, RSVP form, appointment slots and reminder sequence.
  • Set up lead fields, consent language, buyer qualification prompts and sales-team handoff.
During · Welcome & consult

Make every conversation count.

  • Oversee booth setup, graphic placement, lighting, screen and sound checks, cleanliness and organizer/vendor issue resolution.
  • Staff reception and guide attendees from welcome to project story to buyer meeting.
  • Present only current, approved project information; route price, eligibility or contract questions to the right sales representative.
  • Capture opt-in interest, requested home type, purchase timing, preferred follow-up and discussion notes.
  • Share daily activity recap and next-day appointment priorities with Dyar Alharam.
After · Support & report

Carry the momentum home.

  • Deliver consented leads with interest tier, meeting notes and requested next step to the designated sales owner.
  • Make prompt introductions; schedule buyer calls and support follow-up on approved questions.
  • Help buyers navigate the inquiry, reservation and purchase steps with Dyar Alharam’s sales team.
  • Track contact attempts, appointments, buyer questions and open items for 30 days after the event.
  • Provide a close-out summary of engagement, qualified enquiries, appointments and recommendations.

Creator & organizer coordination

Akakus is the working point of contact for MAS event creators, the venue and exhibit vendors, bringing together booking, assigned-space details, badge names, shipping, electrical and service orders, sponsorship benefits, production approvals, access and move-in. Final obligations and placements remain subject to written organizer confirmation.

06 / Buyer invitations & support

A clear path from invite
to next conversation.

Personal invitations and consent-based follow-up help turn a busy exhibition into useful, qualified conversations for the Dyar Alharam sales team.

Reach the right people

Use Dyar Alharam’s approved audience and network list. Send a clear invitation with the booth location, project overview and simple meeting booking link.

04 · Follow through

Buyer support boundary

Akakus provides coordination and information handoff; it does not give legal advice or make project, pricing, eligibility or purchase commitments.
